Bill Guerin

Chief Executive Officer

A technology entrepreneur and investor, Bill has participated in launching several companies and providing mentoring and financing solutions for European and US-based early-stage technology and travel-related companies. Bill has participated as a founder or principal in ventures ranging from software, data security and large-scale computer systems integration and networking to travel marketing, consortia and travel trade distribution.

Prior to RoomRocket, Bill formed London-based FS2 Limited, a joint venture partner with IATA (the International Air Transport Association) to offer their global airline settlement solution to the non-air sectors where Bill caught the “bug” for pursuing this massive opportunity. Among his earlier successes was a national computer systems integration company, Marathon Systems, Inc., that he founded and grew over seven years to INC 500 status working with partners Oracle, Microsoft and Lotus, before a successful sale to Lotus Development Corporation. More recently Bill was Chairman & CEO of San Francisco-based OneLink Corporation, a publicly traded travel industry company working with, Amadeus and PayPal, that provided call center and travel marketing services.

Bill’s vision of a global financial settlement service for the hospitality industry is being realized with launch of private equity backed RoomRocket, Inc. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

Dave Kuhn

Chief Product & Marketing Officer

Senior Travel Operations Executive in Product Development, Marketing, Hotel Distribution, and Project Management. Over twenty five (25+) years of experience in both Corporate and Start-Up Travel Technology Environments.

Dave has successfully held various executive roles at Pegasus Solutions, Utell Hotels & Resorts, OneLink Corporation, and Dollar Rent A Car, including a senior operations position responsible for $275M in annual revenue. He has additionally worked leading a business dev team for PR Newswire, in the Oil Services industry as a PMO and in a large Non-Profit as a PMO where he set strategy and completed strategic initiatives. He’s held VP roles as well as C-Level roles. Dave is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a B.A. degree in Marketing, a B.A. degree in Management Information Systems, and a minor in Economics. Additionally, Dave has attended advanced courses at the University of Tulsa, and has certifications as a PMP, CSM, and CSPO.

Dave has also worked on ERP API integrations (Finance, Warehouse, AP, Operations, CRM), database analytics, (Power BI, SQL), revenue growth, and P&L. He has an agile mindset and is focused on developing strategies to give the organization a competitive advantage. Dave prescribes to the 3 P’s – Purpose, Principals, and Priorities.


Dan Moore

Chief Financial Officer

Senior Finance and Operations Executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Dan has held positions of Corporate Controller, Director of Finance and Director of Internal Audits (Overseeing all operating departments as well as Finance) with hospitality industry companies including Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co., Morgans Hotel Group, Destination Hotels & Resorts, Sage Hospitality Group and Cipriani. 

Dan was responsible for operations covering 40+ entities and annual revenue exceeding $200 million with Cipriani (global operations). Other career roles included the leadership and implementation team for taking Morgans Hotel Group public and a member of the Corporate Steering Committee at Ritz-Carlton that drove the results to win the Malcom Baldridge Award.

Dan attended both Schoolcraft College and Eastern Michigan University studying Computer Science and Accounting.  He continues to work extensively with outside agencies and contracted CPA firms to ensure continued compliance with GAAP and all reporting requirements within the hospitality industry. 

Brad Scneider

Chief Technology Officer

Brad is a seasoned technology leader with a strong track record of accelerating teams through agile methodologies and engineering practices. With extensive experience in e-commerce and SaaS delivery at scale, Brad has held key leadership roles at notable companies such as Expedia/, Hilton Hotels, Sabre, Uber Freight, One Technologies and The Container Store. His expertise spans architecture leadership, cloud migration and agile transformations, making him a valuable asset for RoomRocket’s technical capabilities and to drive digital innovation.

Most recently at Uber Freight, Brad led seven high-performing teams in a hybrid global outsourcing model, overseeing a department of 62 individuals. He implemented relative estimation to improve completion rates and enabled accurate forecasting for product managers. His initiatives resulted in a 75% increase in release frequency through dynamic release capabilities and CI/CD practices. Brad also played a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring a robust development lifecycle.

Prior to Uber Freight, Brad served as the Director of Software Development at One Technologies and The Container Store. At One Technologies, he rebuilt key product enrollment applications, integrated credit reporting agencies, and significantly reduced deployment times through CI/CD and cloud deployment on AWS. At The Container Store, he was instrumental in the growth of the e-commerce platform, achieving 300% revenue growth and doubling the mobile conversion rate through responsive web design. Brad’s ability to deliver high-quality features while maintaining compliance and scalability consistently drove business success and customer engagement.

Brad is a certified Scrum Master and holds multiple AWS cloud certifications. Brad received a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada
